OUR TRAVERSES UTILIZE FULL-ROUND POLES WITH HEAVY DUTY EMBEDDED COLOR COORDINATED TRACK AND WITH REAL WOOD RINGS THAT HANG NATURALLY FROM THE TOP OF THE POLE.   Others use a metal track with a wood fascia.  Their rings DO NOT hang naturally and the mechanism is visible at all times.

CHOOSE RING OR CARRIER CONFIGURATIONS IN      1-3/8", 2", 2 1/4" AND 3" DIAMETERS IN SMOOTH, REEDED AND ROPE TWIST.  AVAILABLE IN ALL OF  OUR FINISHES, ALL OF OUR POLE LENGTHS AND IN SINGLE OR DOUBLE CONFIGURATIONS.  WE NOW HAVE 16-FOOT POLES AVAILBLE TO GIVE YOU EVEN MORE CHOICES.  NO ONE ELSE OFFERS ALL OF THESE CHOICES. 

TRAVERSE POLES WITH RINGS-

Rings glide on a color coordinated top mounted track embedded in the pole.  Ball bearing pulley wheels and carefully engineered track system provide excellent operation for light to heavy drapes.

TRAVERSE POLES WITH CARRIERS:   

A bottom mounted color coordinated track imbedded in the pole provides a clean attractive look for your window treatment.  All Gould traverse poles can be either cord or hand drawn.

DOUBLE TRAVERSE POLES: 

Double traverse poles are available in many styles, diameters and finishes.   Choose the option that you want then let us build it for you.

A LITTLE GOULD HISTORY  :)

Gould was founded in 1872 and introduced metal traverse poles in the early 1900's.  The Gould traverse poles evolved over time and became more functional and decorative.  Gould introduced the modern wood traverse pole approximately 40 years ago and has always been a leader in traverse design.
